Stressed pronouns

I can identify any of the 8 stressed pronouns (moi, toi, lui, elle, nous, vous, eux, elles) by their position — after a preposition, after c'est, or standing alone (avec moi, c'est moi, moi !), and I know how to match each of them to their 8 subject pronouns (je, tu, …).
